When you are having a great day you feel optimistic, don't you? Feeling good is great for you, and everybody else around you. So, why don't you start bringing more optimism in your relationship to make it better? I will show you step by step how to achieve a greater optimism and feel better.

Start your day with positive thoughts about everything you see. Be happy what you see, what you do, who you are talking to. Appreciate any given moment that you have. Life is too short to be too negative.

Look at your spouse and find something good and about him or her. Appreciate every given moment of your life and feel good about who you are and what you have. Have breakfast and enjoy your food, breeze fresh air and enjoy your surroundings.

Go for a walk together and appreciate your time you are spending with each other. Every minute you have, think about happy and precious moments of your life. Notice good in everything. Learn to be optimistic. Have a deep conversation with your partner and share you feelings and worries. It's o'kay to be vulnerable sometimes, you would feel better if you have someone to rely on. Talk to your spouse, your friend or your relative and be supportive of each other. Enjoy every relationship that you have in your life right now. Someone else would like to have a friend you have, or mother that you have or someone else that you were taking for granted. Sometimes we take for granted our loved people in our life, and it's time to give thanks and appreciation for what we already have.

Focus on how much you have than how much you don't have. Life is what you make out of it. How you view life will be very unique experience only for you. Help others if you can. You can't be only focused on yourself all the time. The more you think and give to others, the more grateful you will feel. Everybody wants to be happy and only you have the power to change how you feel. We all want something but the happiness is all in us. Very often people are trying to chase a dream and forget about appreciating what they have. Time flies when you are looking forward to the future and when it comes you already set new goals. Stop for a moment and be happy now.

Enjoy the process of life and everything you do. Enjoy every experience that you have because it's unique only to you. If you are happy with yourself, if you are able to feel peace and happiness inside you, no matter what your circumstances are, the more chance you will have for happy relationships too.
